“Fun with Bands and Chains”
This program introduces a lot of accommodating resistance work through the use of bands and chains. It is a 12 week program that ramps up the volume while cycling in special intensity techniques such as drop sets, supersets, static holds and many more. There are 4 main workouts a week with the option of adding an additional 3 more for a total of 7 workouts a week.
If you don’t have the equipment, it’s easy to acquire. Go to elitefts.com and purchase the Mountaindog Band Pack. It’s perfect for everything we are going to do. If you don’t have chains, go to your local Home Depot or Lowes and purchase the largest size they have. Get them cut 2.5 – 3 ft. long and then get some carabiners to loop them together.
